The article is devoted to cybersecurity risk assessment of the dynamic device-to-device networks a smart city. Analysis modern security threats at IoT/IIoT, VANET, and WSN inter-device infrastructures demonstrates that main concern set network targeted functional sustainability urban infrastructure, most common use case networks. As result our study, systematization existing methods has been provided.
